Send receipts to Xero with WhatsApp

Step 1: Visit PixieBooks

• Visit pixiebooks.com and click Get Started. 
• Alternatively, directly access the setup at:  https://app.pixiebooks.com/xero/signin. 

Step 2: Connect PixieBooks to Xero 

• Log in to your existing Xero account, or create a new one if needed. 
• Click Allow Access to connect PixieBooks and Xero. 

Step 3: Link Your Phone Number 

• Enter your mobile phone number to link your WhatsApp account. 

Step 4: Start Sending Receipts via WhatsApp 

You can manage both integrations anytime:

• Accept the WhatsApp notification confirming the connection. 
• Simply send your receipts directly through WhatsApp. 
• Look for two blue ticks indicating successful receipt by PixieBooks. 
• You’ll also receive a confirmation message from PixieBooks for each submission. 

Step 5: Confirm Receipts in Xero 

• Go to Xero and navigate to Business > Bills to Pay. 
• Refresh the page to see your uploaded receipts. 

That’s it! Your bookkeeping is now simpler, quicker, and fully integrated between WhatsApp and Xero.
